Welcome to the Pine Mountain Club Commercial Property Owners Association
Pine Mountain Club Commercial Property Owners Association (PMCCPOA) is a non-profit corporation run by an elected volunteer Board of Directors. The Association oversees the 13+ acre Commercial Center, a common–interest development, also known as Pine Mountain Village Center, located in the heart of Pine Mountain Club, California.
The Village’s 26 lots are individually owned, and the owners make up the membership of the Association. PMCCPOA is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the Common Area (open space) between those lots, as well as architectural oversight, and sponsorship of various community events, including the Pine Mountain Lilac Festival, Wine in the Pines, Run to the Pines Car Show, and the Pine Mountain Club Fall Festival. The Village Gazebo is currently home to Mountain Shakespeare and Center of the World Festivals.
Pine Mountain Village Center is open to the public, and because of its unique setting, makes an excellent filming location. The Village Gazebo can be reserved for certain special events such as weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, and more.
